We started Run with Dunne to help Cillian fund his international races and campaign for qualification to the paralympics. The race has now grown so much that the club has one of the strongest youth para athletic squads in the country!
We are fundraising for all the para athletes, the equipment and resources they may need. It also goes towards getting more coaches qualified in areas like para athletics, autism training, visual sports aid training so that we can include even more people in our sport. Please support us by registering or donating if you can to support this fantastic cause!
All contributions are greatly appreciated.

Borrisokane AC was founded on St Patricks Day 1987 hence our club colours of green, white and orange. Cillian Dunne joined our club many years ago as our first wheelchair racer and has won several international titles. We started the Run with Dunne road race series to promote inclusivity-the Borrisokane way and to raise much needed funds for Cillian's bid to make the paralympics. We are Ireland's first ever fully inclusive road race series including a 5k and childrens 1k event where everybody runs, walks and wheels together. Since the race started our club has welcomed several more para and wheelchair athletes who are making a name for themselves already on the Irish scene. Over the years we have had many special guests including Irish rugby star Sean Cronin and late late toy show superstar Adam King.
